A weight loss program with a medical team behind it.

Medical weight loss is weight management guided by a licensed provider, not a one-size-fits-all diet. In the New Wave program, your provider reviews your health history, current medications and goals, then builds a plan that fits your body and your life.

Your plan is medically supervised from the first visit onward. Your provider checks in on how you are feeling and how your body is responding, and adjusts the plan as you go.

What your plan may include

  • GLP-1 and GIP/GLP-1 medications for eligible patients
  • FDA-approved prescription weight-management medications
  • Nutrition, exercise and lifestyle support
  • Metabolic health assessment and monitoring
  • Select peptide-based therapies when legally available and clinically appropriate
  • Wellness and body-composition support
  • Ongoing provider monitoring and follow-up

Who it's for

The program is for adults who want a structured, provider-guided approach to weight loss, whether you are starting fresh or have tried other weight loss programs before. Whether a medication is right for you is a medical decision your provider makes with you after reviewing your health history.

Ongoing monitoring, not a handoff.

Weight loss is not a single appointment. Your provider follows your progress with regular check-ins, reviews how your plan is working and makes changes when your needs change.

“I was able to share what my experience has been as I journey the program and she made me feel the support from her and the team. I'm excited and eager to complete the program!”

A red light therapy session at Nu Pathway

Lipo Red Light Therapy, as part of your program.

Lipo Red Light Therapy is a non-invasive red light treatment that can be added to your New Wave plan. It is one piece of a medically supervised program, used alongside the rest of your care rather than on its own.

Your provider will talk through whether red light sessions make sense for your plan and how they fit with your other treatment.

Your first visit.

Your first weight loss consultation is a conversation about you: your history, your goals and what has or has not worked before.
