Nu Pathway Primary Care & Medspa, publisher of the Nu Pathway Primary Care & Medspa subscription service, provides the following refund policy:
1. Within 30 days of the purchase of your Nu Pathway Primary Care & Medspa subscription, you may cancel your account via the clearly marked contact form, under the “Contact” section and we will refund the full amount you paid less standard office charges for e-visit and in office visit if any upon written request.
2. No refunds are provided after the first 30 days, and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for canceled accounts.
3. After the initial refund period expires, Nu Pathway Primary Care & Medspa, will continue to charge you at the initial subscription rate and on the frequency of the membership plan you selected (monthly, quarterly, or annual) unless you cancel your account via the clearly-marked “Cancel” link within your Nu Pathway Primary Care & Medspa account, or contact us with your request via the contact form, telephone or postal mail.
4. We will send notification on the day your credit card is charged to the email address you provide us.
